Our entire practice is devoted to orthodontics – the field of dentistry that deals with the position of the teeth and jaws. Orthodontics is a wonderful fusion of art and science, and because of this we not only focus on the individual needs of every patient but also concentrate on staying up-to-date with new equipment, new techniques and other advancements in the field of orthodontics.
Omagh Orthodontics is a specialist orthodontic practice, providing comprehensive treatment for private and NHS patients since 2001. We provide a high standard of orthodontic care in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Treatment for children is mainly on the NHS and adult patients tend to be on a private basis. Private treatment options include new developments in discrete brace options including hidden braces, clear aligners such as Invisalign and clear aesthetic ceramic braces.
In 2014, the practice was extended and significantly refurbished to include a multi-chair polyclinic and a fully equipped decontamination room. We have generous parking facilities available on site, including a dedicated disabled parking space.
We now have an intra-oral scanner to further enhance your experience. The scanner allows you to avoid the need for impressions and molds of your teeth and enables you to visualise how your teeth can look following orthodontic treatment.
We are members of the British Orthodontic Society, Orthodontic Society of Ireland, Northern Ireland Orthodontic Group, British Dental Association and the General Dental Council.
What will your appointment be like?
We operate a closed door policy, so you will need to call 028 8224 2233 when you arrive. You will be asked some screening questions and must wait in the car park. Once we are ready, a member of staff will wave for you to enter through the rear doors. You must use hand sanitiser on arrival and departure. Toilet facilities will not be in use. Appointments will be managed to allow social distancing.
How can you help?
Minimise the need for extra appointments by taking care of your teeth and braces.
Clean your teeth thoroughly before your appointment and bring your toothbrush with you.
Patients should enter the practice alone except for young children and those who require carers.
Bring your smartphone to book your next appointment and a debit/credit card if you need to make a purchase.

"I would highly recommend Omagh Orthodontics to anyone who is considering orthodontic treatment.
My journey was at the heart of this practice. They look after their patients with the highest level of care, from the moment you first enquire about treatment until your treatment is completed, and beyond.
Not only is the treatment as good as it gets, but the staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. I'm absolutely delighted with my results at Omagh Orthodontics.
It is a beautiful and modern practice with a strong and dedicated team. The orthodontist was so professional and efficient throughout the whole process along with the friendly reception staff."
